The Densu River located in the south eastern parts of Ghana , stretches across the Eastern and the Greater Accra regions. The Densu dam can be found in a village called water works or Densuano as many call it.
The Densu dam is built on the lower course of the river that passes through Koforidua. The dam is used to serve he Koforidua township and its neighboring environments.
