It cost $95m and 24 months to complete. The mall sits on a 15 acre land, situated in Asokwa, a suburb of Kumasi. The mall opened for business on April 20th, 2017.
The Kumasi City Mall has a total retail floor size of 18,000 square meters and a total car parking space of about 1,000.
